Sainapse, Bayestree’s ML product  - Sainapse to reimagine customer engagement and experience, is purpose built with multiple patent pending technologies. Lead  Software Development Engineer

Experience:

5-7 years of experience in enterprise software product development after B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Sc 

What we expect from you:

In this role, you need to 

• conceptualize, concretize, design and lead coding & testing of product features from requirements to delivery including your own contribution as a hands on developer 
• lead development in areas of scalable architecture in the domain of interactive/streaming traffic associated with delivery of machine learning middleware
• lead design of reconfigurable architecture ‘at scale with minimum latency and high extensibility’ (Ex routing and abstraction of heterogenous data for downstream consumption of inference engines

You must have:

• 5-7 years of experience in enterprise software product development after B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Sc 
• architectural foundation to drive full life cycle enterprise product development 
• high level of proficiency in Java (Core and Advanced, preferably under Linux) and Spring boot applications including making high quality, highly performing, fault tolerant design & code under JVM environment 
• Experience in
  • designing n-Tier databases (Postgres DB) as well as Cassandra and scalable ETL systems (e.g Talend or Informatica)
  • OOD, extensibility, usability, understanding of data pre-processing, design patterns, design of extensible APIs for northbound components
  • Apache SPARK
  • agile environment and thorough knowledge of gitlab/github including testing, change management, and managing software life cycle projects
  • leading a talented group of SDEs in an agile environment at least for 2 years
  • [Desirable] Experience working on Kafka and on similar platforms, leading development of recommendation engines
